It is open within Crédit Communautaire d’Afrique Bank (CCA-Bank), the positions of Portfolio Managers/Customer Managers.

Mission
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the position holder will be responsible for applying the commercial policy of the bank in the market segment with a view to preserving, developing and growing its business.

Profile
Hold at least a Bac+3 degree in Finance, Management, Marketing and Sales or a Business School, have a minimum experience of 02 years as a portfolio manager.

He/She must have
Technical skills

Have a good knowledge of marketing and communication techniques;

Have a good general economic and financial knowledge;

Know the local economic fabric;  

Know the safety instructions for property and people;

Know the basic notions of asset management;

Know administrative and accounting procedures;
 




 

Know the banking, legal and tax regulations relating to your activity;

Master the characteristics of services, banking products and insurance for different segments;

Master current financing techniques;

Master the techniques of financial risk analysis;

Master commercial negotiation techniques;

Master sales and prospecting techniques.

Demonstrate method and rigor;

Know how to analyze and synthesize;

Main Responsibilities
Promote and sell bancassurance products and services to customers: individuals, businesses, SMEs and SMIs;

Advise customers in terms of investment and placement, directing them if necessary to other contacts within the bank;

Manage and develop a portfolio of customers (individuals, businesses, SMEs and SMIs);

Ensure monitoring of the client’s progress;
 




 

Check the quality of accounting and financial information;

Identify financial risks (tax fraud, money laundering, etc.);

Negotiate financial conditions and put in place guarantees;

Examine credit applications and assess the risks before transmission to the credit committee;

Prospect new customers;

Monitor regulatory, legal and tax developments specific to the banking sector;

Update commercial files and transmit reports;

Monitor the network of business providers;

Maintain relationships with individual, business, SME/SMI customers by holding regular check-ups;

Manage abnormal transactions or cash facilities (accounts receivable, authorized overdrafts, etc.);

Carry out certain back office operations (Issuance of RIB, account certification, etc.);
