The technical assistance customer manager’s main mission is to collect and then remotely process requests from users in difficulty regarding the use of computer equipment. Reporting to the team manager, his mission consists of:
- Resolve technical operation and maintenance problems by handling questions and providing technical solutions according to quality and deadline requirements.
Before taking charge of the mission, comprehensive training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to them.
Required profile
- Very good knowledge in general IT, networks and telecoms
- Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written fluency
- Sense of listening and orientation.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Successful training related to the technical skill requested
- Registration with the FNE (National Employment Fund)
Experience required
Experience in technical assistance is desirable.
