SME/SMI BUSINESS MANAGER

Job :

In collaboration with the Professional Center Agency Manager, you will be responsible for  :

 

 

The development and consolidation of the SMI/SME client portfolio which will be entrusted to you

  • In close collaboration with the agency manager, define and implement prospecting plans adapted to this clientele with periodic monitoring of reporting
  • Control your portfolio and ensure the achievement of assigned objectives
  • Receive, visit customers, prepare financing requests accompanied by a risk analysis and a complete financial analysis
  • Ensure competitive intelligence on the key business sectors of its portfolio
  • Develop and consolidate relationships with Alios Finance Cameroon partners
  • Establish activity reports required by the Sales Department

 




 

To ensure optimal management of the risk and profitability of its portfolio

  • Ensure controlled risk management through compliance with the group’s credit policy
  • Ensure optimal management of portfolio profitability through rigorous monitoring of the acceptance quality index and investment conditions
  • Ensure active monitoring of the key economic sectors of its portfolio by integrating possible cyclical or structural risks in close collaboration with the subsidiary’s Engagement Department

To develop and strengthen customer satisfaction

  • Ensure strict compliance with commitments made and respect deadlines for accepting funding requests
  • Ensure particular attention to the quality of customer relations while respecting the fundamental commercial values ​​of Alios Finance
  • Actively participate in the proposal and implementation of communication actions aimed at clients of the entrusted portfolio
  • Ensure rapid feedback and optimal processing of customer complaints and requests.

 

 

Required profile :

Coming from a minimum Bac+3 training in business management, banking and finance, commercial management. You will have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position or a sales representative position in a bank or an institution financial.
Knowledge of Leasing and credit risk analysis would be assets.
Your negotiation, analysis and synthesis skills no longer need to be demonstrated. You are characterized by a sense of organization, rigor and interpersonal skills.
Your desire to work in a team, your strong motivation and the quality of your references would be a plus.
Finally, you are proactive, curious, “customer oriented”, this position is made for you.
