A non-profit civil society organization, the Group of Lawyers Defenders of the
Rights and Empowerment of Girls and Women (GADDAFF) was created in 2017 in Meiganga by
a collective of dynamic and ambitious young people so the objective is to contribute to alleviating the
suffering of vulnerable people who are victims of armed conflicts, disasters, oppression and
domestic violence, to survive in the face of abuses and to take control of their destiny. Since 2017,
GADDAFF has been working alongside international organizations such as IMC, DRC in the
Adamaoua region and in the East in the Protection sector (GBV, Civil documentation) as well as
food security and resources. of existence (AGR, WITH). With the aim of strengthening its
presence in the process of supporting beneficiaries towards resilience, the association in
partnership with NRC as part of the cross-border program to promote sustainable solutions
to displacement situations in Cameroon and the Central African Republic (CAR) .
