CFAO Mobility as a leader in the automotive sector in Cameroon, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we are looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a Quality Controller for our Light Vehicles mechanical workshop in Yaoundé.

Classified in category 07 and placed under the responsibility of the Head of the Light Vehicle Workshop in Yaoundé, the Quality Controller is responsible for monitoring the quality of the work carried out on customer vehicles and contributing to their satisfaction by guaranteeing that work is carried out in accordance with the commitments made in terms of quality, cost and deadline.

As a quality control guarantor in our mechanical workshop, your main responsibilities are:

• Check the work after intervention on the following points:

– Respect for customer requests;

– Identification of all operating or assembly anomalies;

– The condition of the vehicle when it left;

– The presence of the replaced spare parts in the vehicle

– The internal and external cleanliness of the vehicle.

• Diagnose faults after return with testing and analyse customer perceptions following noise or vibrations;
• Monitor and analyze workshop feedback with monthly reporting (Fix It Right Activity);
• Transmit comments, test results and brand checks to the Customer Service Representative, Receptionist or Team Leader;
• Establish customer quotes (PCSGWN and TOYOTA) excluding bodywork;
• At the request of his hierarchy or reception, he can carry out tests before work to clarify or confirm a diagnosis at the same time.
• Participate in meetings to define action plans to improve the quality of interventions.
