KAGEDEV is a non-governmental development organization working in
the fields of education, training, health and culture. In addition to its own
initiatives, KAGEDEV supports local actors in Cameroon in the design,
development and implementation of education projects. The objective is to strengthen the

Job description
Attached to the communication department, and placed under the hierarchical authority of the management of the
communication department, the graphic designer participates in the production or carries out the graphic creation (drawing
, graphics, layout, volume layout), stages the image and information in a
written, graphic, audiovisual form…. He (She) is also in charge of declining media
intended for the web and other media of the organization
Your main missions
• Visual design: Create posters, brochures, flyers, banners and other
visual communication media.
• Video creation: Create captivating commercial videos, product videos and motion design videos
.
• Visual identity: Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all our
communication media.
• Digital visuals: Create impactful visuals for social networks, websites and
advertising campaigns.
• Read the creative brief that describes the challenges of the communication campaign
•
Discuss with the communications manager on the project objectives, stages and
production deadlines
• Master all aspects of the strategy in order to respond, urgently, to expectations
of internal services not provided for in the annual communication plan
• Be a force for creative proposals
• Ensure good harmony between visuals and content
• Understand requests and advise community services on the creation
of support.
• Propose communication means and supports adapted to communication objectives
•
Carry out computer-assisted publishing (model, illustration, tracing, coloring
, graphics)
• Monitor the production of visuals with service providers (printers, etc.)
• Plan the different stages of production and manage deadlines
Required profile
• Graphic design software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Figma, etc.
• Video design software: Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Graphic culture: Solid graphic and artistic culture applied to print and digital.• Motion design: Aptitude for video motion design, editing, sound mixing and animation
.
• Writing: Excellent writing skills in French and English.
• Project management: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
