Career Opportunity: Capital Markets Director

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Capital Markets Director to join our dynamic and excellence-oriented team. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of our activities on the financial markets, by leading strategic projects and strengthening our position in the sector.

Required profile:
– Qualification level: Hold a Bac + 5 at least in Finance, Banking, Commercial Management/Marketing or hold any other equivalent diploma;
– Professional experience: 5 years of professional experience minimum in a similar position;

Specialized skills:
– Good knowledge of the sub-regional market and its players (established SDBs, investors and business providers;
– Good knowledge of the regulations and products of the CEMAC regional financial market;
– Good analytical and synthetic skills;
– Good writing skills;

Computer skills:
– Good command of Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) and business software;
– Bilingualism recommended
– Leadership and good managerial skills;
– Autonomy and sense of initiative;
– Interpersonal skills;
– Rigor – Organization – Planning;
– Team spirit;
– Sense of discretion;
– Results orientation;
– Immediate availability.
