As part of the implementation of the activities of the Global Fund Project (GC7),
in particular the operationalization of a Drop in-Center (DIC) in the city of Dschang, the GOLDEN YOUTH ORGANIZATION (GYO) is considering recruiting staff

1. Required profile
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent experience in peer
education, community work,
the CBO environment and
specifically the management of
key populations;
Reside in the intervention district
and know it, in particular the Hotspots
and other places of socialization of the KP.
2. Functions and responsibilities
Main mission: Ensure community mobilization
as part of the management of the
sexual health of the various beneficiaries and
stakeholders, more specifically:
• Ensure the planning, implementation and
monitoring of prevention activities on behalf of the
DIC and other CBO activities within the

framework of the Global Fund GC7 project;
• Coordinate the work of community mobilizers
(peer educators and
Community Care Connectors) of the DIC and more
generally of the CBO with regard to
sexual and reproductive health;periodic operational
plans• Support and supervise assigned staffcommunity mobilizationactivities• Ensure the implementation ofprevention activities, mapping and contact withtargeted individuals;• Ensure the recording ofreporting data on activities carried out according to theperiods;Ensure the systematic archiving ofvarious reports and othernecessary documents;• Lead coordination meetings/debriefing sessions with peer educators forprojects and for the Association once aweek;• Carry out implementation, monitoringand evaluation missions in the field;• Ensure the application of the policy (circuit)for the distribution of IEC materials;• Supervise the organization of the variousvoluntary and free screening campaigns;• Carry out any other mission and task thatmay prove necessary for the smooth runningof the Project, at the request of theHierarchical superior;

•Updated CV with two (02) references;
• Cover letter with reliable telephone contact details and e-mail address addressed to the Executive Director of GYO;
• At least one letter of recommendation with contact details of reference persons,
• Photocopies of the Diploma(s) and/or certificates or any other document that can justify the level of experience.

no later than October 21, 2024, from the organization’s branches in Bafoussam and Dschang.
