As part of the maintenance of its electrical equipment and installations, the company Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC SA) is looking for “Electrotechnical Maintenance Technicians” who meet the profiles described below:
MISSION OF THE POSITION:
Placed under the authority of a Section Head, the Electrotechnical Maintenance Technician’s main mission is to carry out daily electrical, electronic and electrotechnical repairs in order to ensure continuous availability of airport equipment and installations. The purpose of the position is to make electronic and electrical equipment operational.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Design, install and maintain electrical installations:
Install and install equipment in cabinets or chassis
Wiring electrical cabinets (and PLCs):
Diagnose breakdowns in automated systems and identify their
causes
Carry out tests, measurements and adjustments prior to powering up the equipment;
Carry out routine maintenance work on the equipment (analyze and translate alert messages and intervene accordingly).
Prepare technical intervention reports (measurement records, adjustments,
etc.)
Complete the electrical repair log daily
Follow all maintenance procedures in place;
Read and interpret the electrical diagram
Ensure that safety and security measures are implemented during
interventions
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Have in-depth knowledge of wiring and identification techniques (low and high voltage wiring, power components, signals, etc.); Have in-depth knowledge of reading and producing electrical and electrical equipment control diagrams,
Have basic notions of automation and automatic systems Have very good knowledge of the different methods of diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical (and automated) systems:
Have good knowledge of maintenance of electrical and automatic systems
Have a perfect command of maintenance procedures
Have good knowledge of airport safety and security and information technologies.

Have a sense of contact, listening and human relations Have team spirit, rigor, reliability and cooperation; Demonstrate integrity and have a sense of ethics Be proactive and have the capacity for initiative: Be in good physical condition
PROFILE SOUGHT:
Be 35 years old or less
Hold a Baccalaureate F3 or Equivalent diploma
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar job
