Job Summary




As a sales representative at ENIX, you will join a motivated team to sell and promote cutting-edge technological products and services. Your mission will be to focus on the marketing of one of ENIX’s key products, such as security equipment (surveillance cameras, smart locks, alarms), antiviruses (Kaspersky, Bitdefender), electronic certificates (SSL, S/MIME), web hosting and DNS servers, or the sale of professional training. You will also participate in the acquisition of drivers for the Yango fleet.

Your role will be to identify new customers, negotiate and close sales while ensuring quality follow-up. You will use various tools, including online platforms and social networks, to prospect effectively and achieve your objectives.




Important notice:

We favor candidates residing near our premises, ideally in Yaoundé 6, Yaoundé 3, or in the vicinity of Nsimeyong, in order to facilitate travel and responsiveness for client meetings.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and acquiring new clients:
Identify and approach new clients via various channels (field, telephone, internet)
Use online platforms (social networks, forums, marketplaces) to prospect and find new clients




Recruit drivers for the Yango fleet and monitor them on the platform
Organize sales meetings and propose solutions adapted to customer needs
Negotiation and finalization of sales:
Prepare commercial offers and conclude contracts
Negotiate sales conditions with customers
Guarantee quality customer service after the sale
Follow-up of existing customers:
Ensure post-sales follow-up and offer additional services
Monitor the progress of drivers recruited for Yango in order to retain them
Participation in the commercial strategy:
Contribute to the sales strategy in collaboration with the marketing team
Participate in events and trade fairs to represent ENIX

Provide reporting on business results and performance
Skills and Qualifications

Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, ideally in the cybersecurity, technology or digital services sectors
Ability to achieve business objectives and negotiate contracts
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Knowledge of ENIX products (security equipment, antivirus, web hosting, electronic certificates, etc.)
Mastering these IT tools will be a plus

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to manage prospects and customers, for example: HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo
Online messaging and communication tools: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Whatsapp Business
Project management tools: Trello, Asana, or equivalent to track tasks and objectives
Office suite: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Online prospecting tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)




Online sales tools: e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, specialized forums
Training

Bac+2/3 in commerce, marketing, IT or a related field
A certification in cybersecurity or information technology would be an asset
Remuneration

Fixed salary + Bonus based on the achievement of sales targets
75 – 150,000 FCFA
