As part of the implementation of the activities of the Global Fund GC7 project, in particular the operationalization of a Drop-in-Center within the OBC,
OBC ESPOIR + is considering recruiting the following human resources:

1. Required profile
BAC + 2, Diploma in Project Analysis and Evaluation, Project Management, Project Maturation, Management, Administration or any specialty deemed equivalent; 02 to 03 years of experience in the management or monitoring of community projects, good knowledge of the community environment.
2. Functions and responsibilities
Main mission: Organize and implement the project analysis and evaluation activities by ensuring the management of its information system, more specifically:
• Develop the monitoring and evaluation plan and its integration according to the OBC’s logical framework;
• Set up an up-to-date database, highlighting the deadlines for drafting annual work plans, quarterly reports, the risk log and problem books, as well as drafting mid-year and annual review reports;
• Develop the project risk map and ensure that it is updated;
• Define performance indicators and technical tools (GAR, PDCA, etc.);
• Participate in the preparation of technical coordination meetings;
• Support the development of the partnership at national and international levels;
• Carry out implementation, monitoring and evaluation missions in the field;
• Collect data and ensure their timely transmission;
• Ensure the timely production of narrative activity reports;
• Monitor and control the various data collection procedures at the DIC level;
• Ensure the systematic archiving of reports and all necessary documents;
• Carry out any other mission and task that may prove necessary for the smooth running of the Project, at the request of the Hierarchical superior;
• Reside in the intervention district.
