As part of the implementation of the activities of the Global Fund GC7 project, in particular the operationalization of a Drop-in-Center within the OBC, community and monitoring
OBC ESPOIR + is considering recruiting the following human resources:

1. Required profile
BAC + excellent experience in peer education, community work, the OBC environment and specifically the management of key populations
2. Functions and responsibilities
Main mission: Ensure community mobilization as part of the management of the sexual health of the various beneficiaries and stakeholders, more specifically:
Ensure the planning, implementation and monitoring of prevention activities on behalf of the
DIC and other OBC activities under the Global Fund GC7 project;
• Coordinate the work of community mobilizers (peer educators and Community Care Connectors) of the DIC and more generally of the OBC with regard to sexual and reproductive health;
• Develop and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual operational plans;
• Support and supervise staff assigned to prevention and community mobilization activities;
• Ensure the implementation of prevention activities, mapping and contact with targeted people;
• Ensure the recording of reporting data on activities carried out during the month, quarter, etc.;
• Ensure the systematic archiving of various reports and other necessary documents;
• Lead coordination meetings/debriefing sessions with peer educators for projects and for the Association once a week;
• Carry out implementation, monitoring and evaluation missions in the field;
• Ensure the application of the policy (circuit) for distributing IEC materials;
• Supervise the organization of the various voluntary and free screening campaigns;
• Supervise the AGDs focused on specific themes, in close collaboration with community mobilizers;
Composition of the file:
