APDL is a feminist association under Cameroonian law and committed to promoting
gender equality and the empowerment of women. Our vision is to contribute to the
construction of an African continent where every woman is a driver of change. To
achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for a talented and passionate person
to join our team as an APDL Community Manager Intern.
Your mission
As a Community Manager Intern, you will be at the heart of
APDL’s digital communication strategy. Your main missions will be:
● Social media management: Creation and publication of engaging content
(texts, images, videos) on the various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn).
● Community management: Interaction with online communities, response to
comments and messages, moderation of discussions.
● Digital monitoring: Monitoring trends and news related to gender equality and
women’s empowerment.
● Creation of visuals: Creation of simple visuals (infographics, stories, etc.) to
illustrate publications.
● Participation in the communication strategy: Contribution of your ideas to improve
APDL’s visibility on social networks.
Your profile
● Student in communication, digital marketing or equivalent.
● Perfect mastery of social networks and graphic design tools (Canva, etc.).
● Excellent writing skills and sense of synthesis.
● Creativity and dynamism.
● Strong interest in issues related to gender equality and development.
● Fluency in English and French
