MAIN MISSIONS
• Provide level 1 functional and technical support in compliance with SLAs for users for all business applications installed on SIMBA
• Ensure good handling of application incidents with quality and within the required timeframes
• Check the proper functioning and quality of the results provided by the business applications (SIMBA scope)
• Take charge of the evolutionary maintenance projects of the business applications
• Contribute to the implementation of IS projects (approval, pre and post production) and provide RUN application expertise
• Ensure coordination with partners in the event of a need for specific expertise: SGABS/SOPRA/AXE FINANCE
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage incidents, support requests, anomalies, configuration and change requests in order to ensure the normal and efficient operation of applications and minimize negative impacts on the bank’s activities
– Provide first-level assistance to all operational and functional departments on any need or incident of an application nature
– Receive, analyze and qualify service requests and development requests
– Assist business lines in formalizing their needs and participate in drafting functional specifications
– Validate expressions of needs before sending to SGABS
– Validate, in conjunction with business experts, the functional specifications developed by SGABS
– Ensure a good level of service for the applications managed and the improvement of their performance
– Ensure regular monitoring with the departments of the subsidiary under its jurisdiction on the progress of current requests and the consideration of new requests
• Participate in the development of operating rules (monitoring and supervision procedures) and use of information systems
• Provide the interface and be the privileged contact for SGABS GA
• Be a player in the operational committees of the applications in the scope
• Participate in development projects:
– Propose ideas for improvement, optimization and security
– Participate in collaboration with business experts in the development and validation of the approval and acceptance plan and participate in the acceptance
– Define the deployment plan with SGABS (designation of pilot sites, organization of the old/new system switchover, definition of fallback procedures in the event of an incident at the time of the switchover)
– Prepare the switchover rehearsal(s) and the switchover itself
– Participate in the switchover work
– Provide pre- and post-switchover assistance
• Prepare the management of changes induced by the delivery of construction sites in conjunction with customer departments and the training center
• Participate in the inventory of manual tasks induced by new application versions and prioritize industrialization needs
• Participation in the production of solutions
• Apply the procedural rules defined within the framework of Managerial monitoring of GA activity
• Anticipate and mature new projects by raising awareness of the contribution of new technologies and a prospective analysis of business processes
• Monitor the progress and budget developments of SGCAM construction sites in conjunction with SGABS
Degree of autonomy : High autonomy, particularly in incident management activities and service requests
SKILLS
Professional skills:
• Good knowledge of one or more application solutions of the banking information system, in particular Amplitude Bank
• Knowledge of production monitoring tools (Processing schedulers, SQL, Shell scripts, etc.)
• Knowledge of the bank’s activities at the business level, organizational processes
• Good notions of project management
• Mastery of ITIL methodology
• Good writing skills
• Good level of English

CANDIDATE PROFILE
– BAC+4/5 in Software Engineering, IT or any other related disciplines
– Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in mastering Amplitude BANK issues, online banking services or Amplitude Bank Project management
– Have experience in managing projects related to Amplitude banking software and/or in incident management
– Have knowledge of Incident Management tools (JIRA)
