MAIN MISSION
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the HR Business Partner is responsible for:
Providing solutions and sound advice to the company’s various functional entities on areas as varied as: discipline, socio-professional issues, career management, performance management, specific projects, corporate culture, employee engagement, etc.;
Ensuring communication within the company through the publication of the internal journal with the support of the marketing department,
Managing cross-functional transformation programs in line with the company’s values in order to contribute to the establishment of a high-performance company,
Ensuring the monitoring and management of the HR process of Quality management.
What will you do?
Hold periodic meetings with the respective departments and services;
Develop and analyze function data and identify key trends, followed by appropriate recommendations;
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Conduct effective internal investigations whenever necessary;
Analyze data related to workforce and staff productivity on a monthly basis;
Ensure the implementation of Talent Management processes (identification of talents and development of action plans), performance management (Development of IPAs and PDPs);
Work jointly with the functions for the implementation of PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) and their monitoring for the staff concerned;
Develop new organizational charts whenever necessary and propose the necessary adjustments according to the evolution of the business;
Ensure that each job has a job description and develop it with the relevant hierarchical superiors where appropriate;
Ensure that each key human resources activity is covered by an appropriate and up-to-date procedure;
Generate full employee adherence to all company policies and procedures;
Make proposals that contribute to the professional development and well-being of employees;
Coordinate the updating and compliance with staff annual leave schedules;
Coordinate the implementation of Group surveys with the functions concerned;
Advise managers in their relations with their partners and ensure the application of social legislation in the areas of working conditions, health and safety;
Support the company in its change policies;
Provide support to managers in managing relations with their teams to explain and give meaning to organizational and strategic decisions;
Be a relay for the Talent & Development Manager for monitoring performance and Talent management;
What skills and abilities will you need to mobilize?
Qualification and professional experience
Minimum BAC + 3/5 in Human Resources Management or similar;
At least 03 years of experience in a management position in Human Resources.
Special requirements (Knowledge – Know-how – Soft skills):
Have a good understanding of business,
Have a sense of creativity, initiative and good leadership skills.
Know how to plan and organize activities;
Have cross-functional knowledge of the HR function.
Have excellent communication and social negotiation skills;
Have a high sense of interpersonal skills;
Have a good command of French and English;
Good command of information systems (Office Pack; HR software packages);
Be cost-results oriented;
Have a high sense of respect for deadlines;
Have an excellent foundation in social law (Labor law – Social security law, etc.).
