RECRUITMENT NOTICE
As part of the support project for the implementation unit of the project to strengthen the performance of the health system in supporting the delivery of health services for refugee populations and eligible host communities in the regions of the East, Adamaoua and North, the NGO Africa Humanitarian Action (AHA), informs the public, that a Call for applications has been launched for the positions listed below
Job Title: IDE
Regions of Assignment: East , Adamaoua and North
Reporting: Doctor Team Leader

Main responsibilities:
Welcoming patients from all branches;
Accompany all patients transferred to Yaoundé, Bertoua or another destination for specialized care, hospitalizations and/or paramedical explorations; Keep individual follow-up sheets for each patient;
Provide the necessary supplies for patients with specific needs during their hospitalization if necessary (sheets, soap, sanitary towels,….) Ensure the catering of hospitalized patients and their sick guards and complete the catering sheets;
Ensure the proper collection of data from hospitalized patients and specialized consultations (bring back prescriptions prescribed, para-clinical examinations requested and results)
Provide patients with prescribed and purchased drugs
Make daily visits to residents in hospitals to collect their needs
Inform the hierarchical authority of the discharge of patients from hospitals and provide a summary of the care provided for the patient;
Collect and bring back hospital bills for verification before payment
Declare deaths and request funeral expenses
Ensure the establishment of the certificate of type of death
Make daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to the supervising doctor ; Carry out any work entrusted to him by the hierarchy.
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports;
keep confidentiality

. Profile sought:
Required diploma: IDE diploma or other equivalent diploma;
Have good analytical and synthesis skills •
Have a team spirit;
Have good time and priority management,
Demonstrate rigor and be able to work independently, under pressure and to meet deadlines;
Have a good command of French. Knowledge of the Fufulde language would be an asset.

Composition of the file:
     A letter of motivation addressed to Madam the National Representative
AHA-Cameroon  
     An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae;
     A photocopy of the CNI, or the passport
     A photocopy of the diploma;
     A photocopy of Birth certificate
     An extract from the criminal record (bulletin n 0 3) dating from less than three months,

     A medical certificate dating from less than three months 
     A copy of birth certificate for the CNPS or CNPS registration certificate for those who already have a CNPS number
     2 4*4 photos Certificate proving that the person concerned has the experience required for the position selected.
NB:
     Female candidates are strongly encouraged.
