International Entrance Scholarship is a prestigious award that recognizes outstanding achievement by an international student entering their undergraduate studies at the University in fall term. The criteria for awarding the scholarship include not only academic excellence but also achievements outside the classroom.

Scholarship Worth/Inclusions
The scholarship is $20,000, renewable annually in second, third and fourth year at the University of Calgary, provided recipients achieve a GPA of 2.60 or higher on a minimum of 24.00 units during the previous fall and winter terms.
Criteria for
Applicants must be international students enrolled full-time in an undergraduate university program beginning in the fall term. They must be new students. To be considered for a scholarship, a student must normally have a minimum GPA of 3.20. They must also have met the university’s requirements for English proficiency.
