BTES SARL is looking for a biomedical technician for the promotion, marketing and acquisition of new customers

Location : Yaounde

BTES SARL is a biomedical company for global management and maintenance of medical technologies for public and private health establishments.
We specialize in the maintenance and distribution of biomedical systems and consumables with the focal point of endoscopic systems (surgery and diagnostics).

MISSIONS
He or She will have as missions

•  Define and establish with the management team the company’s technical deployment policy and strategy;
•  Present the service to source customers;
•  Carry out preventive and curative maintenance of biomedical devices;
•  Sustain and develop the existing customer and prospect portfolio;
•  Advise clients ;
•  Monitor and analyze activity data for a sector (profitability of visits, turnover);
•  Determine, animate, advise, coordinate, manage and control the means to be developed to ensure the realization of a monitoring plan;
•  Ensure the monitoring of competitive products on comparable products of competitors;
•  Promote the image and reputation of the company;

PROFILE

•  BAC + 3 in Biomedical Engineering, option device and medical system or equivalent diploma;
•  Have a first proven experience of at least 12 months;
•  Be bilingual (English and French);
•  Master the computer tool;
•  Have great interpersonal skills, a strong sense of customer service, a spirit of initiative and leadership;
•  Having knowledge in the field of medical devices and consumables would be a plus;
•  Experience in negotiation and commercial approach would be a plus;
