JOB MISSIONS:
The Maintenance Manager manages the improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to changes in the organization or technologies. He is responsible for a budget to guarantee the production unit and more generally the company, the proper functioning of its equipment, its safety and the improvement of its performance.
ACTIVITIES
The Maintenance Manager will be called upon to:
- Organize, plan, monitor maintenance work
- Develop the preventive and regulatory maintenance schedule of the various equipment by managing the priorities, safety and constraints of production, with or without the help of a CMMS (Computer Aidized Maintenance Management) system
- React in the event of a serious breakdown and resolve problems quickly
- Resolve anomalies identified by production/maintenance (anomaly tables)
- Organize multidisciplinary scuba diving before each production stoppage for maintenance (structured field tour)
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of parts and tools for maintenance
- Control the interventions carried out, propose improvements in machine performance in terms of costs and utilization rates
- Manage the activities of 5s in his department
- Take stock of the tools of the maintenance department and propose new tools to improve the maintenance work of the equipment
- Ensure that maintenance plates are updated at the foot of machines
- Animate the daily ritual of the maintenance department (according to the 6 axes of performance)
- Deploy visual management on the equipment in your perimeter
- Manage the maintenance budget.
Implementation and monitoring of the maintenance of technical equipment:
- Preventive maintenance plan for production equipment and annexes (boilers, Schiller, air compressors, water treatment,…)
- Regulatory maintenance plan for equipment (valves, balloons, probes, balloons, hoists, trolleys)
- Quality control of the service
- Technological and regulatory watch
Consumption monitoring and cost optimization:
- Energy saving water, air, steam, diesel, cold (Lean, waste reduction)
- Optimize the consumption of spare parts during preventive and corrective maintenance
Animate your team
- Organize a daily update with the maintenance teams (maintenance ritual)
- Follow the evolution of anomaly resolution (management of blocking points of correction of anomalies)
- Ensure compliance with the internal/external training schedule of the Deputy Technical Department
Anticipating developments
- Guarantor of the technical document management of the equipment under his responsibility.
- Prepare short-, medium- and long-term budgets for development, research and investment
- Negotiate and manage investment projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
PROFILE
- Academic level: BAC +5 in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent in the industrial field (design, architecture, construction, mechanical manufacturing …)
- Additional training and/or qualification: Project Management, Structural Sizing, Use of Management Software (SAGE …)
- Professional experience: 05 years minimum experience in the field of maintenance of agro-industrial machinery
- Maximum age: 40 years

Maintenance and innovation are the keys to ensuring the proper functioning of our production equipment and a certain industrial development. Therefore, the Maintenance Manager must have the following required skills:
- Good mastery of industrial production equipment
- Management of preventive maintenance of equipment (anticipating breakdowns)
- Control and monitoring of machine timetables (condition monitoring)
- Analyze the root causes of major equipment malfunctions
- Ability to analyze a problem
- Mastery of spare parts management (anticipate needs)
- Good communication skills;
- Adapt to new technologies;
- Anticipate problems and know how to detect malfunctions as early as possible;
- Exchange and synthesize information from the work environment;
- Integrity and impeccable work ethic;
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization and thoroughness;
