Certifying Training in Design and Management of Development / Social Programs and Projects
General objective of the Training
- Master project design techniques and tools
- Know how to manage a project and manage performance
- Use a computerized approach to plan, monitor and control your project;
- Optimize the management of resources (human, financial and material)
- Know how to organize a project capitalization process;
- Design a narrative report canvas and Terms of Reference (TDR).
Methodological approach

- PowerPoint presentations on the contents of different training modules;
- Group work to put into practice the theoretical training received, but also to develop ideas, knowledge and usable results;
- Facilitation of plenary discussions to promote the appropriation of the results of this training by all stakeholders.

The training will be led by a highly experienced professional with multiple proven skills in the field of Design and Management of Development Programs and Projects. An expert in the field, he shares his experiences with you and provides you with operational solutions to all your coordination problems.
Date and place of training
N.B: The health protocol for the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic established by the Cameroonian Government and WHO will be strictly respected for face-to-face participants.
Cost of training
- Special scheme: 150,000 FCFA;
- Special online scheme: 175,000 FCFA (including the costs of sending the Certificate and the support of the said training to the person concerned);
- Support by NGOs / Companies: 350,000 FCFA
This cost takes into account training materials, coffee breaks and lunches. Transportation and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant.
A certificate of completion of training will be issued to each participant; in order to assert what right.
