Establishment of a company-specific financial and accounting organization

ACTIVITIES

• At the strategic level, it will be responsible for setting up an accounting organization and cost accounting, among other things;
• Operationally.
  • Optimized cash management
  • Follow-up of of investments and banking negotiations
  • Investment monitoring and banking negotiations
  • Analysis of financial risks and proposal of corrective actions
  • Implementation of the chart of accounts
  • Submission of entries
  • Production of operating ratios
  • Development of financial monitoring tools
  • Development of financial and accounting reporting
• Provide advice and support to other operational entities.
• Follow projects (Operations Engineer)
• Ensure the implementation of self-control tools
