Activities:

• Development and updating of legal affairs management procedures;

• Elaboration or validation of commercial contracts;
• Management of litigation and pre-litigation files;
• Follow-up of ongoing legal cases with the Head of Department;
• Advice and legal assistance to heads of departments;
• Raising the awareness of departments to risks (legal / ethical) in a compliance approach.

Profile:

• Bac +4/5 in Law;
• 7-8 years of experience;
• Imperative experience in debt collection and litigation.
