The International Insurance Institute (ILA) is an autonomous institution of the Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets (CIMA) system. specializing in the training of executives at all levels in insurance and related trades. As part of the strengthening of the ongoing LMD system process, the Director General informs candidates from Member States (Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea Guinea Bissau, Mali , Niger, Senegal, Chad, Togo) that it is open within the Institute for the year 2023, one (01) position for the recruitment of a permanent higher education teacher in the grade of assistant

 

I- DESCRIPTION OF THE POST

Under the direct responsibility of the Director of Studies and Research, university informants will have the following missions: to ensure the classic missions devolved to higher education teachers by CAMES. To this end, he will mainly carry out the activities of teaching, research and scientific promotion within the Institute to contribute to the supervision of the students of the Institute both during the period of teaching and for the period of internships. contribute to the collective life of the Institute to carry out any directive given by the Director of Studies and Research within the framework of the academic management activities of the Institute

 

 

II- PROFILE AND TRAINING
Candidates must

Hold a doctorate or a PHD in law, for at least two (02) years on the date of the launch of this recruitment notice
Have already carried out the teaching activity in a recognized university
Have a good command of the computer tool
Be able to work in a team and under pressure

III- CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
The conditions of application are as follows:

To have the nationality of a Member State of the Institute
To be at most 40 years old at the deadline for admissibility of files at the level of INA
To justify good integrity moral and good physical aptitude
Justify the required academic conditions

 

 

 

IV- COMPOSITION OF THE FILE
The application file must include the following documents:

A reasoned request addressed to the Director General of the International Insurance Institute
A certified birth certificate extract dated less than three (03) months
A certificate of nationality
A medical certificate dated less than three (03) months and drawn up by a doctor from the public health sector
A certificate of work as a teacher
An extract from bulletin N°3 of the criminal record dated less than three (03) months ( 03) month
Certified true copies of all diplomas obtained from the baccalaureate or GCE Advanced Level
A copy of the doctoral thesis or PhD (in digital version)
Copies of articles or offprints of any publications, if applicable

A detailed and signed curriculum vitae
Two (02) identity format photos
Work certificates or certificates
A copy of the national disability card for disabled people

V- REMUNERATION
The successful candidate will be employed in the category of permanent teachers of TIIA and will be classified in relation to the nomenclature of the salary grid applicable to permanent teacher staff of A

VI- RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES Shortlisted

candidates will undergo a test in Yaoundé . To this end, the tickets will be made available to them on the itinerary country of origin -Yaoundé-country of origin, with payment of accommodation costs. The definitively selected candidate will be subject to a probationary period of one academic year at the end of which he will be integrated into the statutory framework of the personnel of the Institute
