Operational monitoring of the activity:

• Supervision of day-to-day operations
• Follow-up of exchanges between the sales team and customers

• End-to-end order management: ordering, delivery, collection of customer returns

• Follow-up of the good performance of the premises

• Management of the relationship with suppliers and various logistics partners

• Monitoring and improving the quality of customer service

• Contribution to the implementation of processes, their optimization and ensures compliance with these processes by the team

Sales team management

• Day-to-day management of the sales team: setting objectives, monitoring performance

• Management and reporting of results to management every week

• Identification of recruitment needs, identification of resources, contribution to interviews

• Training the sales team in best practices

• Strategic and financial monitoring

• Continuous proposal of growth and development strategy to management

• Proposal and implementation of action plans to achieve the objectives set, in conjunction with management

• Contribution to budget preparation and expenditure monitoring

• Identification and implementation of ways to optimize expenses

• Reporting to Management

Business Development

• Management of event planning and representation of the company when needed

• Prospecting and contribution to the launch of the activity in other cities

• Participation in one-off meetings with partners
