The PMUC company is recruiting as part of its activities 01 Human Resources Administrative Officer

Location: Douala

MAIN MISSIONS

Ensure a good social climate within the region
Advise operational staff on all HR areas
Ensure compliance with texts on behalf of the HRD and regulations in force in terms of Human Resources

 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Definition and management of the HR strategy and policy
Collect from the company’s management their needs and expectations on human resources issues
Assist the HRC in defining the policy and projects HR in the areas concerned (training, recruitment, mobility, GPEC.)
Assists the CRH in the management of HR projects (implementation of the HRIS, organization of working time.) and the monitoring of their evolution
Carry out an economic, legal and social watch and follow the evolution of the HR strategies of the companies of the
Information sector /advice to operational

 

 

staff Respond to requests from operational staff on the various HR areas (labour law, training, recruitment, career management, remuneration.)
Advise and technically assist his hierarchy in terms of human resources
management Administrative personnel management

Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management (social security contributions, drafting of employment contracts, etc.)
Establish , monitor and maintain personnel files
Develop all social dashboards (attendance file) to monitor personnel activity (absenteeism, remuneration, leave, etc.)
Prepare and transmit the elements of regional payroll (no later than the 22nd of the month) with validation from the HRC and the Regional Director
Ensure respect for professional secrecy and ensure the confidentiality of documents encountered in the performance of your duties

 

 

 

Organize systematic medical visits for staff in accordance with the regulations in force and under the supervision of the HRC
Organize the elections of DPs, in relation to the texts on the subject and the social partners under the supervision of the HRC Manage and coordinate discipline in the region in collaboration with the heads of service and under the supervision of your hierarchy
Ensure the proper conduct of legal registers (booklets 1,2,3)
Represent your line management when summoned by the Labor Inspectorate in the event of a dispute, on the instructions of the HRD
Study applications for down payments and salary advances (debt ratio)
Constitute and follow the files of request for family benefits (AF, maternity leave, ATMP, retirement pension…) o Prepare each end of the year the elements of the social balance sheet
Negotiation with the social partners

 

 

Ensure the quality of social relations, animate the Staff Representative bodies; participate in negotiations with trade unions
Send any useful suggestions for maintaining a good social climate to your hierarchy Lead meetings with staff representatives every month and report o
Ensure the proper implementation of the agreements concluded and communicate with social partners on the progress of operations
Permanent functional relations
Internally: All Departments (Marketing Department, Sales Department, Financial Department, Legal Department, etc.)
Externally: Organizations (CNPS, DRTSS, DEFOP, FNE, Union, etc.) .) Service providers (insurance, banks, consulting firms, training or recruitment, etc.)
Prerequisites

Standard training: BAC + 3/4 in Human Resources Management
Minimum experience: 3 years
Specific requirements
 KNOW HOW

Versatility in all areas of human resources management: recruitment, training, labor law, career management, Payroll …
Economic and financial culture, in order to promote dialogue with operational staff and to be credible with them.
Knowledge of the company’s trades and in particular those that correspond to the managed population.
Mastery of computer tools (in particular Word & Excel) and HR software.
Fluent English
KNOW HOW TO BE

Good oral and written communication in order to establish quality relationships with internal and external interlocutors (the interfaces are numerous).
Listening skills in order to take into account the expectations of operational staff.
Flexibility and firmness in the context of relations with operational staff.
Strength of conviction to get ideas and projects across, as well as a certain ability to negotiate.
Sense of organization to carry out these projects and control their implementation.
Ability to carry out several projects at the same time because the application points of the HR profession are numerous.
Taste for the field and pragmatism.
