PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – FERME PARENTALE DU SUD

FERME PARENTAL DU SUD is currently looking in the city of Ebolowa in the field of breeding, an Assistant in the poultry production activity.

MISSIONS
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant will be responsible for:

• Participate in the production of day-old chicks (incubation of CAOs);

• Collaborate closely with the technical manager on all aspects of production;

• Ensure the cleaning, servicing, disinfection, troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment;

• Respect and enforce internal procedures, particularly in terms of biosecurity and health monitoring

• Control and validate the daily production monitoring documents.

• Respect the activity schedule;

• Be attentive to farmers’ comments and propose competitive improvements, etc.

• Technician in electro mechanics / electrical engineering, experience in the poultry field is desired

• Specific experience in the incubation activity is desirable

• Good mastery of poultry life cycle techniques,

• Knowledge of sanitary rules, traceability and animal welfare

• Mastery of MS Office tools
