THIRTEEN (13) RECEPTIONISTS (F/M)
As part of the NMF3 Global Fund grant and for the conduct of the IBBS survey, the International NGO CARE is looking for 13 Receptionists , including 1 in 13 cities in Cameroon: Bafoussam, Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Dschang, Ebolowa, Garoua, Kribi, Limbe, Maroua, Ngaoundéré and Yaoundé.

Form of contract: Consultants for 6 months
Reporting line : Head of the IBBS Survey Job
location: In 13 towns in Cameroon

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome potential participants;
Assist in the identification of key populations;
Accompany participants to the appropriate research personnel according to the participant’s circuit
Collect participants’ satisfaction at the end of the circuit.
Be comfortable in physical or telephone contact;
Anticipate conflicts and manage them within the limits of their responsibilities;
Be courteous, discreet and discern information that must remain confidential;

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:

Have a minimum of a BTS in office automation;
Be perfectly bilingual (English and French) oral and written;
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
Have a good presentation, a sense of organization and demonstrate rigor and involvement in the work;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word – Excel – Powerpoint – Outlook.
Personal skills :

Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team;
Be dedicated and have a sense of results;
Be able to work under pressure;
Have excellent writing skills (English and French).
