JOB BRIEF
Reporting to the General Manager, your main mission is to install Panasonic, ALCATEL, MITEL and PABX telephone equipment in hotels and professional structures
MISSIONS
- Install and commission PABX telephone exchanges and Wi-Fi, computer and telecommunications network systems following the procedures established in the specifications (connection of all telephone devices with the external network, implementation of software)
- Assist and advise users when operating systems
- Carry out preventive maintenance, update equipment, contribute to the evolution of the network as needed
- Intervene in case of failure, diagnose and resolve malfunctions
- Order hardware, cables or devices as part of a system repair or renewal
- Provide technical support during a commercial approach
PROFILE
- You master the techniques of transmission or switching (connection of lines)
- You know and know how to use computer languages and operating systems
- You are vigilant about security issues (antivirus, backup…),
- Reactive, autonomous and able to quickly analyze a situation, you also know how to listen and pedagogy. In a field where technologies are constantly evolving, your curiosity and open-mindedness are essential to stay operational.
