Hotel Vendôme is recruiting 01 PBX Phone Systems Technician

JOB BRIEF

Reporting to the General Manager, your main mission is to install Panasonic, ALCATEL, MITEL and PABX telephone equipment in hotels and professional structures

MISSIONS

• Install and commission PABX telephone exchanges and Wi-Fi, computer and telecommunications network systems following the procedures established in the specifications (connection of all telephone devices with the external network, implementation of software)
• Assist and advise users when operating systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance, update equipment, contribute to the evolution of the network as needed
• Intervene in case of failure, diagnose and resolve malfunctions
• Order hardware, cables or devices as part of a system repair or renewal
• Provide technical support during a commercial approach

PROFILE

• You master the techniques of transmission or switching (connection of lines)
• You know and know how to use computer languages and operating systems
• You are vigilant about security issues (antivirus, backup…),
• Reactive, autonomous and able to quickly analyze a situation, you also know how to listen and pedagogy. In a field where technologies are constantly evolving, your curiosity and open-mindedness are essential to stay operational.
