Recruitment notice: REGIONAL MANAGER

AFRICA FOOD IMPORT   SA is currently looking for a REGIONAL MANAGER M/F for one of its agencies

The Regional Manager will be responsible for:

–          Ensure the achievement of sales and collection objectives, the management and development of strategic partners;

 

 

 

–          Ensure the profitability of strategic partners and the recruitment of new partners,

–          Centralize and also process all complaints and claims from its client portfolio;

–          Ensure compliance with sales procedures.

 

 

 

ACTIVITIES

1 – COMMERCIAL

– lead and federate the efforts of his team to achieve the objectives of his territory;

– ensure that objectives are set for partners and monitor their achievement;

– analyze the stocks of the Partners and make sure to have at least 15 days of stocks for each of the SKUs;

– Produce weekly detailed plans by SKU for invoicing and collection and ensure their implementation;

– update the various management dashboards and ensure proper reporting of all activities on time;

– ensure daily   the proper outcome of all commercial transactions in its territory;

– produce an analysis of sales trends in order to anticipate supplies;

–   monitoring customer complaints and reporting each week;

– ensure that all its partners earn rebates at the end of each month;

– Complete the sales days (Transmission to the agency);

 

 

 2- ACCOUNTANTS

– ensuring the regulatory keeping of inventory management and sales documents for strategic partners;

– ensure the non-accounting of customer accounts;

– Ensure the collection and transmission of payment slips and commercial bundles;

– Monitoring of receivables;

– Produce the PS risk analysis situation each month with the actions to be taken

 

 3- CONTROLS

– ensure compliance with procedures and the protection of the heritage of the territory for which he is responsible.

– ensure proper compliance with business procedures

– strengthen the a priori control system (BL BC FACT. compliance vs specimen signature)

Logistics and administrative management

– Ensure the follow-up of the deliveries of the ordered products.

 

 

PROFILE

–          Holder of a Bac + 5 in commerce, sales, management or any other equivalent diploma;

–          Professional experience: 7 years of experience in a similar position;

–          Minimum age: 34 years old

–          Have a good knowledge of open market habits,

–          Have good knowledge of management techniques;

–          Have an ease in handling funds;

–          Acute sense of service and contact (multiple interlocutors)

–          The practice of the English language would be an asset.

–          Organized and rigorous, dynamic and motivated.
