Main Missions & Activities

Participate in the support chain to monitor equipment / applications / services, diagnose and process complex events (incident management, troubleshooting, fault management)

Provide level 1 & 2 support of tools and applications
Ensure the interface with level 3
media Produce the related
reporting Perform operational acts (configuration, maintenance, configuration …), independently or in collaboration with other teams

Ensure the availability, the proper functioning of the tools and applications undertaken for internal use (Intranet, GESOM, SIT, SharePoint, Simplegate, SGP, DocuSign, L2Manager ..)
Manage identities & access in accordance with internal requirements (DRAP & ITNSec)Analyze the quality of service, suggest and / or carry out improvement actions (corrective and preventive)

Implement preventive and curative maintenance to ensure the availability and proper functioning of tools and applications Extract and communicate data on tools and applications
during reviews
Ensure the operational capacity of new solutions and manage the expanded management process of interventions in one or more technically controlled areas.

Participate in projects around Corporate IS in the design phases, production and efficient transfer in operation of these new applications Control the production of new versions of containerized

applications
Qualifications

Education: BAC + 3 or 4 in Computer Engineering Application Development

Option Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar
