As part of the implementation of the various service offers of the TRANSFORM project, Cameroon Enterprise Development (CED) is recruiting 01Management, Finance and Tax Coach
Created in 2006, Cameroun Entreprise Développement (CED) is an association under Cameroonian law that conducts support programs for very small, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. In partnership with the IECD (European Institute for Cooperation and Development), Cameroun Entreprises Développement has been implementing the TRANSFORM project since 2015, the objective of which is the transfer of capacities to entrepreneurs in the agri-food sector.
MISSION
As part of the implementation of the various service offers of the TRANSFORM project and under the responsibility of the project manager, the
management, finance & taxation coach, will be responsible for:
1/ Train TRANSFORM
entrepreneurs Train entrepreneurs benefiting from the various Transform service offers.
- Participate in the development of training content and materials, .
- Lead training sessions on management, finance and taxation topics (management tools, tax regimes for companies, development of a business plan, calculation of cost cost or break-even point, etc.).
2/ Supporting entrepreneurs in management, finance and taxation
Develop and monitor the implementation of an action plan.
- Establish an initial diagnosis, set business objectives and develop an action plan with the entrepreneur, in consultation with the project team.
- Conduct regular progress reports to support the contractor in the implementation of his action plan, monitor and update the action plan continuously.
Implement management tools
- Participate in the development of a management toolbox,
- Support the entrepreneur in the implementation and use of management tools adapted to his context,
- Support the entrepreneur in the implementation of a financial strategy (cost analysis,
Supporting entrepreneurs in their search for financing
- Support entrepreneurs in the development of their business plan and in their search for financing,
- Identify and constantly maintain a network of financing structures,
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of programs and structures to support the financing of VSEs / SMEs

Participate in internal and external reporting
- Continuously collect and analyze the performance indicators of the companies supported (quantitative and qualitative),
- Participate in the feedback of information according to the tools and procedures of the project.
3/ Club TRANSFORM
- Ensure the structuring and animation of a network of former beneficiaries as part of an entrepreneurs’ club
- Prepare and organize periodic club meetings
PROFILE
Professional skills:
- Training in finance / accounting / administrative management – Minimum Bac + 4,
- Good knowledge of the computer tool (word, excel, PowerPoint …),
- Good writing skills,
- Experience as a trainer.
Personal skills:
- Sensitivity to entrepreneurship and economic development,
- Man / woman in the field: strong attraction for field work,
- Strong working capacity and resistance to pressure,
- Great listening and analytical skills,
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team,
- Share the values of CED and IECD and have: a look at the person, the spirit of service, a professional commitment.
JOB CONDITIONS
- TYPE OF CONTRACT: permanent contract after a trial period of 6 months.
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY: Under the responsibility of the Transform Project Manager.
DATE OF TAKING OFFICE: January 2023
LOCATION: position based in Douala with regular travel to be expected nationwide.
