II. DUTIES OF THE POST
Main missions:
The workshop manager supervises the team of mechanics, electricians, welding, all the workshops of the Technical Department.
- He is responsible for the proper organization of the workshop, the quality of service and compliance with regulations and safety.
- He intervenes in support of the Technical Manager.
ACTIVITIES
- Drafting specifications and ensuring their application, contributing to the development of contracts in cases of subcontracting
- Analyze and approve subcontracting offers (service providers and suppliers)
- Ensure the proper execution of outsourced work
- Approve technical diagnostics and ranges of curative repairs
- Organize emergency response and manage priorities
- Approve qualitatively and quantitatively the necessary supplies of spare parts and consumables
- Supervise the proper maintenance of technical records of equipment
- Guarantee the durability of the equipment and propose alternative and rehabilitation solutions

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Design engineer of Mechanical Engineering / or Equivalent &/or 3 to 5 years in a supervisory position of a multidisciplinary workshop
- Maintenance methods (MBF, TPM, FMEA…)
- Mastery of quality tools (5M, Pareto, 5S…) CMMS civil engineering equipment.
- Hydraulics and Electromechanics
- Lifting equipment (crane, lift)
- Notions in stock management
- IT tool
- Writing techniques
- Language: French
Other:
- Integrity
- Autonomy
- Open-mindedness; decision-making capacity and initiative
- Interpersonal skills
- Rigor and requirement in the quality of the expected results
- Communication, reporting to hierarchy
- Discretion & sense of confidentiality.
