RAZEL-BEC recruitment: Works Engineer

As part of a project to build 14 toll booths in the Cameroon, in the center of the country, RAZEL-BEC is looking for a Works Engineer (F/M) in VIE status for a 12-month mission.

RAZEL-BEC (6,000 employees, 800 million euros in turnover), a Public Works subsidiary of the FAYAT group, is present in France and abroad. Expert in all areas of Public Works (Underground Works, Engineering Structures, Industrial and Nuclear Civil Engineering, Linear Infrastructure and Earthmoving, Dams, Environment and Urban Engineering), RAZEL-BEC tackles complex projects and carries out turnkey operations. The synergy with the other subsidiaries of the FAYAT Group allows us to offer a global offer and to be up to the most ambitious projects.

The International Directorate (ID) of RAZEL-BEC has been present on the African continent since 1948 and is expanding to other areas. Its multi-business activity now allows it to respond to any type of land use planning request. DI is present in Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Mali and Zambia and has a turnover of nearly €300 million.

MISSIONS

• Under the responsibility of the experienced Director of Works, your missions are as follows:
• Carrying out the work in accordance with the contract and the rules of the art: in particular road platforms, service building, metal structure of awnings;
• Ensure project coordination and planning;
• Ensure the adequacy of resources with the schedule;
• Compile and verify daily site reports;
• Participate in site meetings, ensure the follow-up of subcontractors;
• Report variances in achievement.

PROFILE

• Holder of an engineering degree in public works, you ideally justify a first experience
• Internships and gap year included in the conduct of work on a public works site.
• As a person in the field, determined and attracted by Africa and its potential, you want to acquire a rich and empowering international experience.
• You know how to show rigorous, commitment and autonomy.

The mission period extends over 12 months during which you will be accommodated and transported as part of your professional activities.
