 Description  
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales department. We need a motivated professional with proven management experience in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving our annual sales targets in assigned regions and accounts.
Attached to the Marketing and Communication department, your mission consists of designing strategic sales plans and evaluating the costs of the competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
– Increase the customer portfolio and retain them –
Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
-Write detailed and accurate sales reports.
-Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
-Evaluate costs, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices.
– Estimation of sales volume and profit for current and new products.
-Set up a training program for new sales recruits
-Transform prospects into customers
-Contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio -Contribute
to the achievement of annual turnover
-Ensure effective management of customer service

PROFILE
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, commerce or any related sector
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
-Extensive knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
– Ability to manage various projects and work under pressure
– Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Good
communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent client portfolio
