CALL FOR PROJECTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF
THE VOICE YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM: INVEST IN MY PROJECT
Under the high patronage of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, Social Economy
and Crafts of the State of Cameroon, the National Association of Young
Entrepreneurs of Cameroon (ANJEC) in partnership with the International Chamber of Turkish and Cameroonian Businessmen (TURCABA) and the National Youth Council
of Cameroon (CNJC) are launching a call for projects for the pre-selection of 200 projects led by
young people (men and women) within the framework of the project “THE VOICE
YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP: INVEST IN MY PROJECT”.
The “INVEST IN MY PROJECT” project is a platform for supporting SMEs
that brings together project leaders, young entrepreneurs starting out and
entrepreneurs with potential investors from the private sector, programsupporting public policies and development partners. It aims
to be the first investment and research platform to associate in Africa. This project
concerns:
➢ entrepreneurs who are the author of an original, innovative project and who have the ambition to change
the daily lives of Cameroonians;
➢ Entrepreneurs who are at a crucial stage of development and need
advice and financing to save or expand their company.
➢ Entrepreneurs looking to raise funds to validate the growth of their
business.
Its main objective is to accelerate and boost the growth of SMEs. More specifically,
it aims to:
➢ Practically implement the business development aspect in its
entrepreneurial vision,
➢ Connect young entrepreneurs with potential investors,
➢ Present your project in about ten minutes in front of investors,
➢ Bring together business leaders and billionaires to form a jury to share
their experience and improve project ideas or projects,
➢ Identify innovative projects to invest in.
SCENARIO AND PROGRESS
I-
1- Training: Business development: necessity and impact
It is a question of training young entrepreneurs who do not have the necessary tools for their
development. It will be necessary to present and explain partnership models, contextualize them

and to provide young entrepreneurs with tools that will allow them to
design and implement models that correspond to their entrepreneurial vision.
2- Coaching sessions
The coaching will have the mission of equipping the participants while giving them tools that
will allow them to refine their entrepreneurial vision and build credibility in the long term. The
coaching sessions must be done over a period of 18 hours with three 2-hour coaching sessions
each week. Thus, the coaching aspect must extend over 3 weeks. These sessions will be
done in a hybrid manner in person and online with time dates and platform set
in advance and communicated to the aspirants and the various coaches.
3- Invest in my project
The objective of this phase is to find and expose young entrepreneurs to potential
partners so that they can benefit from the support means. It will be done during
Bootcamp-CANEJ in the presence of a jury made up of billionaires.

Who can respond to this call for projects?
This call for projects is intended for young men or women aged 18 to 40;
working in the sectors of agro-pastoral, agri-food, renewable energy,
digital and all other innovative projects installed on Cameroonian territory.
Companies can be installed in the following segments of the value chain:

Eligibility criteria:
Company-specific criterion
➢ Have a clearly defined innovative entrepreneurial idea
➢ Be a SME or Startup, managed by a young person (man or woman) aged 18 to 40,
legally constituted or not);
➢ Work in the sectors of agro-pastoral, agri-food, renewable energy,
digital and all other innovative projects (submit a
supporting document);
➢ Have needs related to the acceleration or growth of its activity (submit a
compliant business model);
➢ Have a potential for job creation promoting the integration of young people (men and
women), i.e. at least 02 young people to be integrated (justify);
