A factory located in Bonamoussadi Douala is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant (M/F)

 

 

 

Missions:

• Management of visitor reception, telephone switchboard and mail
• Classification and archiving of administrative and accounting documents according to the OHADA code
• Make monthly declarations administrative declarations (Taxes, CNPS, insurance, etc.)
• Inventory management

Required profile

At least Bac+2 level accounting training and a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar function, you master the office automation and accounting tools (Word, Sage, Excel, etc.)

You are rigorous, you have a sense of analysis and synthesis. You respect the confidentiality rules. You with good knowledge of spelling and good writing skills. Being bilingualFrench/English would be an asset.

Salary to be defined according to experience – Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
