[JOB OFFER] – JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
UCB (Union Camerounaise de Brasseries), a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to strengthen its team in Douala.

Your missions:
– Assist the Litigation Manager and the Legal Director in managing legal affairs.
– Ensure compliance with contracts, licenses, and applicable regulations. – Prepare and update legal monitoring tools. – Conduct documentary research and assist in negotiations. – Draft and analyze contracts. – Contribute to legal secretarial functions and board activities. Desired profile: Master’s degree in Business Law Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Solid knowledge of commercial law, corporate law, contract law, and labor law Fluency in English (asset) Ability to work in a team and under pressure
