A local company is looking for 03 Warehouse Supervisors
Location: Douala

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Bac +4/5
• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Speak French perfectly (knowledge of English would be an asset)
• Very good command of computer tools and inventory management software
• You are methodical, rigorous, organized
• Know how to synthesize information,
• You resist working under pressure

MISSIONS

• Develop a policy of supply, storage and provision of products (i.e. the internal logistics of the company).
• Ensure the flow of stocks and look for ways to improve and perfect all processes.
• Optimize transport: reduce costs, delivery times and routes.
• Prevent incidents and deterioration of the warehouse by applying safety and maintenance measures.
• Organize meetings and establish written communications to inform employees about the situation and any changes related to their business or the company’s internal rules.
• Ensure that an excellent working climate is maintained.
• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
• Ensure consistency between the physical stock and the stock sheet.
