Manager Location: Douala

POSITION ACTIVITIES

The warehouse manager designs or supervises physical flow management operations (reception, warehousing, order preparation, shipping) by optimizing the quality/cost/time ratio and guaranteeing compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and environmental rules and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Bac +4/5
• You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position
• You are bilingual, English/French
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Know how to synthesize information
• Good listening and analytical skills
• You resist working under pressure

MISSIONS

• Control the organization and implementation of activities
• Enforce the rules and procedures concerning the laws and regulations in force (health and safety, environment, quality, …)
• Lead teams by delegating missions to supervisors.
• Design the modes of organization and coordinate the management of physical flows
• Supervise and control the activities of the different areas of the warehouse: receiving, warehousing, order preparation and shipping)
