A local company is looking for 03 Warehouse Supervisors
Location: Douala
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a Bac +4/5
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Speak French perfectly (knowledge of English would be an asset)
- Very good command of computer tools and inventory management software
- You are methodical, rigorous, organized
- Know how to synthesize information,
- You resist working under pressure
MISSIONS
- Develop a policy of supply, storage and provision of products (i.e. the internal logistics of the company).
- Ensure the flow of stocks and look for ways to improve and perfect all processes.
- Optimize transport: reduce costs, delivery times and routes.
- Prevent incidents and deterioration of the warehouse by applying safety and maintenance measures.
- Organize meetings and establish written communications to inform employees about the situation and any changes related to their business or the company’s internal rules.
- Ensure that an excellent working climate is maintained.
- Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
- Ensure consistency between the physical stock and the stock sheet.
