Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. YOUR POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Country Director, you will have to ensure management and logistics policy on the mission. Your respective missions will be as follows:
– Ensure logistics management
– Analyze indicators, produce recommendations and alert to optimize the logistics response in the area
– Implement and guarantee the performance of the supply chain
– Implement and guarantee the performance of general resources
– Implement and guarantee IT, network and telecommunications performance
– Contribute to security management
– Implement and monitor collaboration and logistical coordination with mission partners
– Supervise and support the Logistics team
– Manage team difficulties
YOUR PROFILE
De formation Bac+5 en Logistique, commerce international ou Action Commerciale ou domaines connexes, vous avez au minimum 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la logistique, et/ou 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire au sein d’ACF,
Vous avez des connaissances solides des procédure et de la politique d’ACF,
Vous avez connaissance des fondamentaux logistiques hors chaine d’approvisionnement,
Vous avez des connaissances avancées en matière de règles de bailleurs concernant la logistique,
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyses, ainsi qu’un sens de la diplomatie,
Vous avez des qualités relationnelles interpersonnelles,
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
2 mois de contrat à durée déterminée d’usage de droit français
Salaire mensuel brut d’entrée de 2597 à 2968EUR en fonction de l’expérience
Per diem et frais de vie mensuels : 583EUR (cf eurocost) nets, versés sur le terrain.
Allocation contexte mensuelle : 150EUR
16% du salaire mensuel brut de remboursement assurance retraite pour les citoyens non français.
Transport et logement : Prise en charge des déplacements et logement collectif
Couverture Médicale : 100% de la prise en charge des cotisations santé (CFE + complémentaire santé) et assurance rapatriement
Congés et RnR : 25 jours par an, 20 RTT par an et 215EUR versés pendant la période de récupération
