MISSIONS
As Deputy Managing Director, you will have the following missions:
- Definition and monitoring of the company’s objectives,
- Supervision of departments (Administrative, Operations, Commercial and Financial)
- Development of the activity as a whole,
- Management of operations and business growth,
- Financial management of the company and cost optimization,
- Supervision and animation of the different teams,
- Reporting.

PROFILE
-
- Bac + 4 /+5 in Logistics and Transport or International Trade with experience between 05-10 years in similar positions (DGA, Director / Logistics Manager, Director / Operations Manager)
- Perfectly bilingual (English/French)
- Significant experience in the field of transport in port environment
- Control of the port environment, transport and transit
- Leader/Leader of men, good strategist with good coordination and evaluation of teams
- Cameroonian national
