Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by ending hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. YOUR JOB AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Coordinator of the RESILAC consortium, your main responsibility will be to ensure the good governance, animation and coordination of the program implementation unit in the country.
More specifically:
– You will coordinate the implementation of RESILAC activities in the country of intervention, in conjunction with the regional office, the host mission and the project partners.
– You will ensure the reporting of the project.
– You will guarantee the quality and accountability of the programme.
– You will contribute to the communication, advocacy, representation and) external coordination of the project.
– You will participate in human resources management, training and capacity building of your team.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a master’s degree or equivalent (Bac + 5) in development project management (priority), social action or humanitarian action, international relations or political science. You certify more than 3 years of successful professional experience in the coordination of development (primarily) or humanitarian activities in a complex environment. A successful professional experience in the supervision of multicultural technical teams and management of and in consortium will be considered positively.
You speak French fluently, and you master professional English.
An experience in Cameroon will be considered positively.
YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
– Fixed-term contract under French law: 24 months
– Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968EUR depending on experience
– Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
– Increase in the salary of base: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
– Per diem and monthly living expenses: 549EUR (cf. eurocost) net, paid in the field.
– Monthly context allowance: EUR 450
– Child allowance: EUR 1,500 per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of EUR 6,000/year)
– Transport and accommodation: Support for travel and collective accommodation
– Medical coverage: 100% of the payment of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
– Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year ; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215EUR lump sum compensation per RnR
– Support and training – Professional career monitoring and support
– Unlimited and free access to the e-learning platform certifying Crossknowledge ©
– Social works of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) (gift vouchers, birth, marriage, …)
