1. JOB OBJECTIVES

If you are organized, meticulous, and able to work autonomously to achieve your goals, then this position is for you. We are looking for Account Managers to work in a stimulating environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with individual clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.




2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Implement corrective actions to address risks and opportunities related to timely management of your customer portfolio.
  • Distribute all invoices within the established deadlines.
  • Ensure customers receive invoice discharge emails and payment deadline reminders within set timelines.
  • Verify the reliability of at least 10 customer accounts on physical files and electronic platforms monthly.
  • Issue and distribute invoices for all services provided to customers.
  • Prepare customer collection statements accurately after receiving proof of timely payments.
  • Strictly comply with the fixed-line concession’s quality indicators.
  • Work to significantly reduce the churn rate of active subscribers.
  • Conduct customer visits.
  • Monitor, control, and process uncollected accounts within your portfolio.
  • Handle inquiries promptly.
  • Enroll new clients into your portfolio.
  • Promote and sell company products.
  • Collect payments from clients within your portfolio.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required.

3. ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • A minimum Bac+2 diploma in fields such as commerce, sales, marketing, management, or any related area.




4. EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND APTITUDES

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position and/or within the telecommunications sector is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Quick problem-solving skills while maintaining quality customer relationships.
  • Strong stress and priority management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5. ACCOUNTABILITY

The employee is responsible for:

  • Performing tasks professionally at all times.
  • Providing regular updates to their immediate superior on activities.
  • Submitting timely activity reports.
  • Reporting any issue that could impact the company’s profitability and finances to their superior.
