RECRUITMENT CONTEXT
As part of the implementation of the strategic development plan for FIDEV CAMEROUN S.A.’s activities in terms of strengthening the human resources, upgrading its expansion objectives, diversifying its service offering and digitalizing its activities, FIDEV CAMEROUN S.A. needs an
Account Manager capable of monitoring and developing its client portfolio.
PRESENTATION OF THE POSITION
I. Objective / Summary of the position
The Account Manager is responsible for the agency’s commercial mission. As such, he is responsible
for ensuring the management and development of the Agency’s portfolio as well as the continuous improvement
of the NBI and risk management.
II. Main Missions
– Promote the specific values ​​of the Establishment within the agency and with customers;
– Advise and retain customers through financial education and the viability of their projects;
– Ensure the preparation of customer credit application files;
– Analyze credit risks and propose appropriate guarantees to take;
– Negotiate financial conditions and develop credit amortization simulations;
– Promote and sell the establishment’s products and services;
– Identify business opportunities and implement prospective and commercial action plans;
– Ensure the quality of its credit portfolio;
– Ensure compliance with the banking conditions in force within the establishment;

Diploma / Level of study: Minimum BAC + 3 in Banking / Finance, accounting or any other equivalent diploma
Skills and experience
– Have professional experience of at least 03 years in a similar position,
– Demonstrate patience, pedagogy, diplomacy and have a strong capacity for adaptation
– Have good interpersonal and commercial skills and be results-oriented
– Have a mastery of French (read, spoken and written)
– Knowledge of the environment of 2nd category microfinance is a major asset,
– Be able to work under pressure;
– Demonstrate method and rigor;
– Have an ability to analyze and synthesize;
– Be methodical while respecting the hierarchy;
– Know how to diligently carry out the work.
