- Accountant – Cashier in Douala
II- Attributions
-
- Handle all files relating to the representation’s finances
- Collect ticket sales
- Liaise with the bank (cash payments, check deposits, etc.)
- Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and transfer them to headquarters according to the defined frequency
- Ensure debt collection
- Ensure the management of manual documents (LTA, MCO and BCB)
- Receive and pay invoices from service providers
- Receive checks and ensure delivery to Service Providers
- Ensure the provision of office equipment to the representation
- Act as liaison between headquarters, the tax council and the tax administration and social security
- Send the monthly and quarterly social and tax declaration projects on time to the Human Resources Department for verification and payment by Finance
- Ensure that these declarations are paid on time in accordance with the country’s provisions.
- Ensure proper management of “Petty Cash” in accordance with the procedures in place.
- Carry out inventory work according to the procedures communicated by headquarters
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Gender: male/female
- Qualifications: BAC+2 minimum in finance/accounting
- Bilingual: French/English
- Professional experience: at least two years
