ACCOUNTING SECRETARY (F/M) – PAJO CONSULENS SARL

PAJO CONSULENS SARL is recruiting an “Accounting Secretary” for a trial appointment of six (03) months, renewable under the conditions of the labor code, which may lead to employment.
Location: Yaoundé, Carrefour Mvog-Mbi
Contract: Trial commitment

Job Description:

Carry out administrative and accounting management operations (Cash monitoring, invoicing, archiving of accounting documents, entry of reports;

· Prepare accounting summary documents;

· Perform third-party accounting and invoicing;

· Gather the elements and make the monthly tax and social declarations;

· Carry out operations with banks and the administration;

· Ensure withdrawals of withholding tax certificates issued by customers;

· Management of mail (arrivals/departures) and suppliers (orders, delivery invoices and adjustments);

· Preparation of payroll elements with the general management;

· Manage the cash register;

· Digitize & classify all the company’s service documents;

And any other task entrusted by the hierarchy

REQUIRED PROFILE :

· Minimum BTS in Accounting & Management or equivalent field (training in accounting secretariat);

· Good knowledge in the fields of accounting and secretarial work;

· Knowledge of the banking environment, finance laws, General Tax Code, OHADA Accounting Law, International accounting standard;
