Main Mission:
Reporting to the Director of Claims and Life Benefits Management, your mission will be to oversee the analysis of claims data, optimize decision-making processes through Business Intelligence solutions, and provide key indicators to improve claims management and overall organizational performance.

Job Description:

• Design and deploy dashboards to monitor claims indicators.
• Collect, analyze, and structure data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Provide recommendations based on analyses to optimize claims management.
• Automate reporting processes to ensure real-time availability of indicators.
• Ensure the reliability and quality of processed data.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and IT teams to define data needs.
• Lead BI tool improvement projects and data modeling initiatives.
• Train and support users in utilizing BI tools.
• Conduct technological monitoring to integrate best data analysis practices.
• Draft and distribute periodic reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Profile:

• Education: Bac +4/5 in Statistics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or claims management in the insurance sector.

Skills:

• • Mastery of BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.).
  • Advanced SQL skills and data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of claims management processes.
  • Ability to model performance indicators and projections.
  • Analysis of complex data and preparation of concise reports.
  • End-to-end BI project management.
  • Statistics.
  • Data mining.
  • Database construction and management.
  • Business performance analysis.
  • Market profitability analysis.

Qualities:

• Adaptability to technological changes.
• Communication skills to explain analyses to non-technical audiences.
