Main Mission:
Reporting to the Claims and Life Benefits Management Directorate, your mission will be to ensure the operational management of claims in the Center/South/East region, guaranteeing efficient, prompt, and compliant handling of files while ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Ensure proper receipt, analysis, and recording of claims declarations.
• Coordinate technical expertise required to assess material damages.
• Validate compensation proposals in accordance with contract guarantees.
• Issue coverage vouchers and monitor files until full settlement.
• Analyze liability in civil liability claims and coordinate necessary expertise.
• Manage various risk claims (simple risks/MRH) by analyzing declarations and validating compensations.
• Identify and follow up on recourse actions against responsible third parties.
• Handle bodily injury claims (Individual Accident) by analyzing and assessing damages.
• Ensure communication with beneficiaries and providers for smooth and efficient file management.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and provide regular reporting to superiors.

Required Profile:

• Education: Bac +3/4 in Insurance, Insurance Law, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in claims management.

Skills:

• Mastery of auto and individual accident claims management.
• Good knowledge of insurance contracts and applicable guarantees.
• Proficiency in claims management tools and related information systems.
• Analytical and decision-making skills for complex cases.
• Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders.

Qualities:

• Rigor and analytical mindset.
• Results-oriented with deadline adherence.
• Client service focus and priority management.
• Teamwork and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
